The global financial crisis and the resulting quantitative easing are pushing many countries to try and limit the level of financial deregulation in spite of a highly integrated international economy. The growing use of fiscal tightening by many States and the introduction of protectionist-type administrative constraints have at times created considerable obstacles for our customers with International business activities and lead our consultants to constantly update and deepen their knowledge of the changing regulatory context.
This scenario does not favour our business of finding the best corporate structure for entrepreneurs and enterprises. However, thanks to our ability to interpret the needs and identify the aspirations of our customers, the Fidinam Group Corporate and Tax Consulting business generated better revenues compared with the previous year even in 2010.
This was not merely because we optimized the management of our existing portfolio; we also decided to seek out new markets and new products because we believe Fidinam’s specific know-how will enable it to develop in this sector on distant markets too.
